Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at BEVERLY BERG LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*PLEASE NOTE: You will receive your order anywhere between 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
BUSINESS DAYS: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHPPING TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES: We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES: BEVERLY BERG LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
HIGH ORDER VOLUME: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SYSTEM FLAGGED ORDERS: Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information, and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: We currently do not ship to addresses outside the Continental United States.
